As of 24th March 2020, our Sales Counter and Yard are closed.
We are still able to offer Delivery’s, Pre-Arranged collections and quotes for installation work.
Due to shortages of some stock items we would recommend emailing us to check stock levels. This could delay any deliveries or collections
Anything made to order is ESTIMATED to be on an 8 week turnaround. Larger orders are 10-12 weeks.
COLLECTIONS: All collections will be contacted to arranage a designated collection time slot which will be from a speific customer collection zone outside our yard gates.
LOCAL DELIVERIES (up to 30 miles from our site) : All deliveries will go into a backlog to be booked in for a delivery day. Currently our average turnaround for deliveries is 7-10 days however this can vary depending on your location or items ordered.
NON LOCAL DELIVERIES : (30+ miles from our site) : Deliveries will be despatch with the appropriate courier and will aim to be despatched within 14 days of us processing the order.
Please be aware that all exchanges and returns must be pre arranaged and will be quarenteened for 72 hours after return before any money is refunded to avoid any cross contamination of COVID-19. Restocking and cancellation administration charges of 15% may also apply.
You should most items receive your order within 5 /7 working days of ordering. But please let us know if your order is urgent and we can try to make alternative arraignments. Any delivery dates or times given are approximate. Larger items can take up to 7/10 working days. Please see our terms & conditions.
Small orders under 2 kg will be sent Royal Mail 1st class Parcel Post.

DELIVERIES OTHER THAN PARCELS OR BOXES ARE NORMALLY ON LARGE LORRIES IF YOUR ACCESS IS RESTRICTED PLEASE LET US KNOW AND A SMALLER VEHICLE CAN BE ARRANGED. VERY LARGE, LONG OR HEAVY ITEMS MAY NEED UP TO 3 PEOPLE PRESENT TO UNLOAD THE VEHICLE
PLEASE MAKE SURE WE HAVE A PHONE NUMBER SO THAT COURIERS CAN CONTACT ON IF YOU ARE NOT IN WHEN THEY TRY TO MAKE THE DELIVERY
RE-DELIVERY COSTS WILL BE CHARGED TO YOU.
Please make sure the items are all present and in good condition before you sign for them as carriers will not accept any claim afterwards If any items are missing or damaged on your order we may not be able to offer redelivery in which case a refund will be made for the affected item/s.
IF COLLECTION / DELIVERY CHARGE ERROR:
Please enter of your Post Code in the box below and the Basket will calculate the correct delivery charge.
If you make several alterations to the Basket the delivery charge can be calculated incorrectly, if this happens please tick the "I will collect" box and then un-tick it this will then re-set the delivery charge ALTERNATIVELY CHANGE POST CODE TO BS1 (BRISTOL) THEN CHANGE IT BACK TO A LOCAL ONE.
If this error proceeds please select to "pay by telephone" at checkout and we will manually adjust any errors when processing your order and will call / email you to advise on the final price.
